Fred has more than 25 years of financial services experience across multiple capital markets roles. Most recently he served as the Managing Partner of Axio Financial (sold to iCapital Networks in November 2021), where he was responsible for origination and distribution of alternative investment products. Prior to that he was a managing director at Incapital LLC where he managed Trading and Sales of traditional fixed income products as well as structured notes, having worked previously at Deutsche Bank Securities and Bankers Trust.

Philippe has more than 20 years’ experience leading compliance, risk management, and operational programs for FINRA and SEC-regulated broker-dealers and investment advisers. He has served as Chief Compliance Officer and AML Officer at firms including Allaria Securities, Bancolombia Capital, and Holistic Brokerage, building and scaling compliance frameworks from inception, guiding organizations on regulatory strategy, AML, and operational excellence. Philippe holds multiple FINRA licenses and the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP®) Designation.

Federico serves as Head of Wealth Management and Financial Advisor, bringing over 15 years of industry experience. He holds an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona, maintains Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and has held key roles at leading financial institutions including HSBC, SURA Uruguay, and most recently, Puente, both in Uruguay and Miami. With a strong focus on wealth management, Federico has built his career helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals, by combining a deep understanding of financial markets with disciplined investment strategies to deliver tailored solutions. At Balanz, Federico plays a key leadership role in mentoring and developing the next generation of Financial Advisors, contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and excellence.

Martina has been part of Balanz for more than eight years, during which she has held a variety of key roles across the organization. She began her career at the firm as a Research Associate and later transitioned into the Management Control and Planning team at Balanz’s headquarters in Argentina, where she reported directly to the Executive Committee and played an active role in strategic decision-making, financial oversight, and business planning initiatives. Since 2023, Martina has served as Controller at Balanz USA, where she oversees financial operations, planning, and reporting, contributing to the continued growth and institutional development of the U.S. business. Martina holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires.
